We collect only what is needed to verify your professional identity and manage video access.
Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
What We Collect
When you sign in, we collect:
- From Google: Your name, email address, and profile picture. Used to identify your account and enforce the 3-view access limit.
- From LinkedIn: Your name, email address, headline, and LinkedIn profile URL. Used to verify that viewers are professionals with a legitimate business interest in enterprise software.
- Viewing activity: Timestamps of when you start a viewing session, your IP address, and browser user agent. Used to enforce the 1-hour session limit and for basic analytics.
How We Use Your Data
- Access control: Your Google account is the key to your viewing sessions. We track how many times you've watched the video to enforce the 3-view limit.
- Professional verification: Your LinkedIn profile confirms you are a real professional. We do not post to, read from, or interact with your LinkedIn account beyond the initial profile verification.
- Follow-up: We may use your email address to follow up about the demo or offer a live walkthrough. You can opt out by replying to any message.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or fingerprinting.
- We do not post to or modify your Google or LinkedIn accounts.
- We do not store your Google or LinkedIn passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google and LinkedIn via OAuth.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in an encrypted database on Railway's cloud infrastructure (US region). Only the application operator has access to the database. Data is retained for up to 12 months after your last viewing session, after which it is automatically purged.
Your Rights
You may request:
- Access: A copy of all data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Complete removal of your account and all associated data.
- Correction: Updates to any inaccurate information.
